The Library, housed in the Club's premises, has an unrivalled collection of over 30,000 books, magazines, club journals, expedition reports and rare historic material. You can search it all here.
If you'd like to limit a search to a particular collection select advanced search and tick the collection you'd like to limit to on the next page.
Some items are available to download and you can access these by clicking Full text available here wherever you see it.
Occasionally, the in-built PDF viewer doesn't display the text, but you can download the PDF and open it in a PDF viewer on your computer.
Most Mount Everest Foundation reports are available to download, as well as some items from the Archive. Highlights include Maurice Wilson's diary, George Band's 1953 Everest diaries, Michel Paccard's notebook, and much more.
Once you've performed a search you can limit it using the links on the left-hand side of your results page - these include Item type, Author, Topic, etc.
